MATE is a mixed-use building in Amsterdam Duivendrecht, located at Van der Madeweg 1–3 in the Werkstad Overamstel district. It combines a hotel with around 220 rooms, offices, co-working spaces, food and beverage functions and leisure, all organised around a central green atrium that acts as a shared meeting place for users and visitors.
MATE is being developed between 2022 and 2026 as an important catalyst in the transition of Werkstad Overamstel from business park to mixed-use urban district.
