Kanaalweg was an office complex in our portfolio, consisting of three buildings at Kanaalweg 29, 29B and 29D in Utrecht. We acquired the property in 2004 and managed it as an office location until its sale to the Municipality of Utrecht in 2025. The site formed part of a broader area earmarked for transformation from offices to residential use, making Kanaalweg primarily a redevelopment location from office park to housing.
