Cix City is part of Cix, a mix of characteristic buildings in the new Utrecht city district of Merwede. Thirteen distinct buildings form one coherent whole around a shared courtyard, creating a city within the city where people live, meet, and unwind.
With over 300 homes, shops, hospitality venues, workplaces, and green rooftops, Cix City offers a practical mix of housing and amenities at the heart of Merwede.
Development started in 2018, with completion expected in 2027.
