Our Amsterdamseweg 43 project in Amersfoort is a redevelopment focused on sustainability and modern design, originally acquired in 2012 and leased out until now.
In 2024 we also acquired the building at the rear of the site, and both properties are now being redeveloped into two contemporary wooden office buildings designed to replace outdated structures and introduce a new standard of accessibility and environmental performance.
The development emphasizes renewable materials, energy efficiency and long term durability in line with our focus on carbon conscious urban renewal. Close to the city center, it will offer a practical and sustainable working environment for future tenants.
